OK, let's think of where I am right now. I'm not making predictions, this would be jinxing myself, but here's where I am. (Please remember if anyone reads this I'm talking in kilos, not pounds!!)
Start: 105 K
Now: 93 K
Goal: 69 K
Loss to date: 12 K
Total to lose: 36 K
This means I'm 33% done :-P
I see my journey in 5K increments.
At 99 my reward was a scarf.
At 94 my reward was a leather notepad.
Possible rewards to come:
89 - - some trinket from the Hermes sale!
84 - - a bag (Goyard or LV)
We'll see about the rest when it comes. All in its time!
And the next big step is getting to the 50% mark - 18 K = 87 K
Being at that stage will already imply a huge change in how I feel physically and mentally and hopefully the weightloss will start to be noticeable. So far it's hard to tell I've lost 25 lbs, believe it or not :-D
So... let's not ruin it all this Christmas, be grateful for the loss I've had so far and keep a positive attitude. This is about me.
