I have eaten like a pig this week, Don't really know why, and now it's 3 am and I'm up. I cannot act responsibly when I'm on my own. Luckily I'm not full on bingeing like I could have done a couple of years ago. Just doing stupid stuff like smoking in my apartment which reeks now, not counting Points and going to bed way too late contemplating which bag I will buy.
Act like an adult, that's what I should be contemplating. Bleh! Bad week, let's turn the page!
